Certain systems described on this site, and technical data about them, are subject to United States export-control law, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations. Technical detail is released only to eligible parties and only under the authorizations that apply. Requesting information does not create an entitlement to receive it. If you are not a US person or are writing on behalf of a non-US organization, say so in your first message so we can route the conversation correctly.
