Privacy

This site is a marketing site. It collects two things, and both are listed below.

What you send us

When you submit a form on this site we receive the email address you entered, along with anything else you chose to type — your name, your agency or organization, the subject you selected, and your message. That record is stored in our newsletter and contact system so we can reply to you and keep track of the conversation.

We use a double opt-in: after you submit, you get one email asking you to confirm the address belongs to you. If you do not confirm it, we do not send you anything further.

Site analytics

We keep privacy-respecting analytics of which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they used. It is aggregate traffic measurement. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not run third-party advertising or social tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share any of it.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on. We do not use what you send us for anything other than answering you and, if you asked to be kept informed, keeping you informed.

Removal

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you. If you want your record deleted outright rather than unsubscribed, reply to any message from us and say so, and we will delete it.

Service providers

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. Form submissions are handled by our own newsletter service, and analytics by our own analytics service. Both are operated by us rather than by a third-party marketing platform.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect, the change goes here. There is no version of this page in which we quietly start collecting more.
